Privacy Policy

Effective September 21, 2026

This English version and the Simplified Chinese version describe the same policy. If a translation differs, the English version controls to the extent permitted by law.

1. Who operates Dinorun

Dinorun is operated by an independent software developer based in mainland China. Questions about this policy or personal information can be sent to 38784757@qq.com or leehonxuan@gmail.com.

2. Information we may receive

  • Order information: name, email address, country, product, order number and payment status supplied by the payment provider shown at checkout. We do not receive your full card number.
  • Activation information: the machine request code, machine fingerprint information contained in that request, license ID and activation status needed to issue and support a single-machine license.
  • Online authorization request information: signed license data, license ID, TPM public key and its digest, hashed current machine factors and their aggregate machine digest, game entitlements, challenge identifier and TPM proof. The service creates challenge and lease timing data. It does not receive raw Windows MachineGuid, SMBIOS UUID or disk serial values.
  • Online authorization records: the license-service database stores the license ID, TPM public-key digest, aggregate machine digest, activation status, and activation and update timestamps. Challenge records contain a challenge identifier and value, the same digests, and an expiration time. The TPM public key and proof are processed for verification but are not stored in the license-service database.
  • Support information: messages, diagnostic details and files that you voluntarily send when requesting help.
  • Website and service delivery data: Cloudflare may process ordinary server logs such as IP address, browser type and request time to deliver and secure the website and authorization service.

3. How information is used

We use information only to process and document orders, issue and verify licenses, deliver support, prevent abuse, respond to disputes, maintain security and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

4. Local application data

Dinorun stores settings, the signed license, authorization lease and save states locally on your Windows computer. Settings and save states are not automatically uploaded. The authorization client transmits only the data described above when enrolling or refreshing a device.

5. Service providers

Information may be processed by providers necessary to operate the product, including the payment provider shown at checkout, Cloudflare for website and license-service infrastructure, and the email provider used for customer support. Their own privacy terms also apply to their services.

6. Retention

Order, license and essential support records may be retained for up to seven years when needed for licensing, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, audit or dispute obligations. Other support material is deleted when it is no longer reasonably needed.

7. Security and international processing

Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect records. Service providers may process information in countries other than your own. No internet or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

8. Your choices and rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information, subject to identity verification and records we must retain by law or for legitimate licensing and transaction purposes. Contact the support email above.

9. Children

Dinorun is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes

We may update this policy when the product, providers or legal requirements change. The effective date on this page will be revised.
