This English version and the Simplified Chinese version describe the same policy. If a translation differs, the English version controls to the extent permitted by law.
1. Who operates Dinorun
Dinorun is operated by an independent software developer based in mainland China. Questions about this policy or personal information can be sent to 38784757@qq.com or leehonxuan@gmail.com.
2. Information we may receive
- Order information: name, email address, country, product, order number and payment status supplied by the payment provider shown at checkout. We do not receive your full card number.
- Activation information: the machine request code, machine fingerprint information contained in that request, license ID and activation status needed to issue and support a single-machine license.
- Support information: messages, diagnostic details and files that you voluntarily send when requesting help.
- Website delivery data: GitHub Pages may process ordinary server logs such as IP address, browser type and request time to deliver and secure this website.
3. How information is used
We use information only to process and document orders, issue and verify licenses, deliver support, prevent abuse, respond to disputes, maintain security and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
4. Local application data
Dinorun stores settings, license data and save states locally on your Windows computer. These files are not automatically uploaded to us. They are shared only if you choose to send them for support.
5. Service providers
Information may be processed by providers necessary to operate the product, including the payment provider shown at checkout, GitHub Pages as website host and the email provider used for customer support. Their own privacy terms also apply to their services.
6. Retention
Order, license and essential support records may be retained for up to seven years when needed for licensing, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, audit or dispute obligations. Other support material is deleted when it is no longer reasonably needed.
7. Security and international processing
Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect records. Service providers may process information in countries other than your own. No internet or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
8. Your choices and rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information, subject to identity verification and records we must retain by law or for legitimate licensing and transaction purposes. Contact the support email above.
9. Children
Dinorun is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Changes
We may update this policy when the product, providers or legal requirements change. The effective date on this page will be revised.
